Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Because our treats are made in small batches, processing times may vary during high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Cancelations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
