🐾 Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind our treats because we feed them to our own pack. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our very best to make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on perishable or custom products.

We do accept returns on unused toy items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective or incorrect. 

Refunds & Replacements

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement product 

A store credit or

A refund to your original payment method

Photos of the product and packaging may be required.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
